About Us

ABOUT US

Dedicated to Quality and Reliability

Services Provided: Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems, along with Fire & Smoke Damper Inspections, smoke control certifications, duct air leakage testing (DALT), and commissioning.

Experience: With 18 years in the trade and a five-year apprenticeship, I have led numerous projects from start to finish as a foreman. Notably, I served as the Project Lead TAB for West Canal Yard, a 173,626 sq. ft. facility featuring 43 Energy Recovery Units, 87 fan coil units, and an exhaust fan. My responsibilities included scheduling, deficiency reporting, and assisting with commissioning to ensure all systems operated at peak efficiency.

Additionally, I specialize in life safety compliance, conducting annual smoke control and smoke management system tests. I also perform fire/smoke damper testing every four years in high-rises and six years in hospitals to maintain regulatory compliance and building safety.
